Air conditioning devices artistically integrated into the space
In the exquisite offices of the architectural firm of Comina in Zermatt, an artist paints a suitable imitation wood effect on each ceiling-mounted unit. In this way, the air conditioning units ensure the right temperature for this elegant atmosphere.
In the centre of Zermatt, at the foot of the world-famous Matterhorn, the architects of G. Comina Architektur AG built a new gem. In the two new meeting rooms, single-split ceiling-mounted cassette units provide a pleasant room temperature. What makes it special: To ensure that the otherwise white ceiling-mounted cassette units blended seamlessly with the refined atmosphere evoked by the timber, they were painted by an artist. The imitation wood effect has been tailored to the conditions in the room and the respective wood type and structure.
