CTAplus – All-inclusive service with warranty extension
For newly installed heat pumps, we recommend that you take out a CTAplus contract [↗]. With this all-inclusive service and the extended warranty it entails, everything will be “done and dusted”. It gives you guaranteed security for up to 12 years from after your heat pump is commissioned. Our experts will keep your heat pump in perfect working order. Faults are dealt with within a maximum response time of 24 hours. This gives you peace of mind at predictable prices, to ensure your heat pump will continue to run efficiently and cost-effectively for a long time to come.The contract can be terminated in any year and you have two years after your pump is commissioned in which to sign up.Alternatively, or once your CTAplus contract has expired, we offer a flat-rate service contract to keep your heat pump in perfect working order.
